Pastor

  • Clark Cornelius

    Born in a small town in Kentucky, Clark spent early years on a sheep farm in Ohio, before teen years running track and cross country in Lexington, Kentucky. A 1992 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Clark served in Korea, Georgia, Louisiana, Haiti, Kentucky, Kansas, Wisconsin, and Mississippi. Masters work includes Midwestern and New Orleans Baptist Seminaries, Trinity School for Ministry, Reformed Theological Seminary, Birmingham Theological Seminary. Clark has co-labored with Jesus' followers in Baptist, Assembly of God, Methodist, Nazarene, Four Square Gospel, and Episcopal congregations. Missions trips to eastern Kentucky, rural Georgia, Jordan and India have helped fuel his passion for missions. Previous church staff positions including missions and evangelism, youth ministry, Christian education including church preschools, small groups/discipleship all combined to prepare Clark for church planting in Florida and Alabama.

Likes: enjoying God in a life of British tea, Irish heritage, family feasting, SEC football, Kentucky basketball and beating Navy in any sport!
